1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and MyPesaBooks ("Company") regarding your use of the MyPesaBooks software and services.
2. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, MyPesaBooks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit any malicious code or viruses.
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPesaBooks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
MyPesaBooks shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, or data loss.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license to use the Service at any time, with or without cause, extending to violations of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
