By accessing and using MyPesaBooks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MyPesaBooks provides an integration service that synchronizes M-Pesa transaction data to QuickBooks Online. We are not affiliated with Safaricom (M-Pesa) or Intuit (QuickBooks) but provide a bridge between their services.
3. QuickBooks Integration
Our service interacts with the QuickBooks Online API. By using this integration, you agree to comply with Intuit's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. You authorize us to access your QuickBooks Online data specifically for the purpose of creating Sales Receipts from your M-Pesa transactions.
4. Data Privacy & Security
We take your data security seriously. We store your OAuth tokens securely and do not share your financial data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
